Final  Part 1of 2

Class/Self Evaluation

   What i liked about this class is that we used the computers all the time. I also like that we get rewarded for choosing the right. For example an award would be free time at the end of class. I even like the way of customizeing our Portfolios. In my opinion there is nothing that i dislike about this class. Every thing we do in this class does not bother me at all. The little thing i dont like about this class is the ctr cards but other than that its all good to go. The only improvement that this class need in my opinion is to stop using the ctr cards. Other than that i have no complaints or dislikes about this class. I think that i did my best because every assignment i get i always do it. All my work is on my Porfolio and all of those assignments that i accomplish is work that i really tryed my best on. The truth about me being commited to being a ctr person is 50% because i sometimes choose the right and i sometimes choose the wrong. But my goal is to become a 100% ctr person and by doing that it will take time to get that change to kick in.

IDP Experience

My experience was wonderful because i wasnt nervous and i was very confident. My whole team showed up and we all looked nice and dressed. My team was nervous but i tryed to give them confidence. Once we were presenting i felt good and professional. I spoke in a good voice and i was really presenting. When the panel started to ask questions i was ready to answer them. The questions that they ask werent that difficult and i was able to answer them. In the end i felt proud of my self because deep down in my heart i know i did well.

I think that this is true because doing the right is always right. Therefore there is never bad in good. For example if you do the right thing during class then everything will go right. I  know that if you do the wrong then everything will most likely go wrong. That is why doing the right thing is the best thing to do. Another example would be if you stop on red then you are doing the right thing. If you pass the red light then you are doing the wrong thing. You are more at risk in getting into a car crash. I mean common sence tells you what is right and what is wrong. If you dont pay attention then no one will. I think it is your decision to do whats right or what is wrong.

Fear

I think that this is true because doing what is right is a good thing.You only fear when you do bad things. An example would be if you stop on red then there is no worry of a ticket. But if you pass red then you worry.

For all of the questions its a yes because im not really a bad guy. So yes i would put yes for all of them. I really dont like being messed up to others so im not really mean. If you start something then thats when i start to act differently.

Physical Fitness

I think that is true because everyone has there healthy mind and everyone reacts differently. We all need physical fitness because its part of our body. and if we dont do it then it will become unhealthy and we do not want that. In order to maintain a healthy weight we need to have our physical fitness. Why because it helps us stay at a average weight and regulates the blood through out the body. So in other words it is very important for us to have it.

Mexico, Guadalajara

   Mexico is a wonderful place it is filled with exciting sites. This place is cool to me because my favorite boxer Canelo Alvarez. He was born from here and he always has mexican faith. Guadalajara is home to mexicans and for that we mexiacans take pride from it. This place has changed becauce years ago it wasnt so violent as it is now. In my opinion back then Guadalajara was peaceful and friendly. Now its like turning the opposite way and we dont want that. In the end this place is good for vacations or visits why because it is a nice place to be in. I selected this place becasue its a place where most mexicans were born and raise. They have pride for growing uo in this place.

Kindness

  I think that this true because when there is kindness there is always greatness. For example if you are kind to some one they will feel great why because your are being nice and treating them with respect. If you do not have kindness then everyone will have a ugly feeling about you that is why kindness bring greatness. If everyone had kindness then this world will be better. Today there is lots of bad stuff that happens and there is very little kindness. This is why we need kindness because it will bring greatness to the people in our world.

I think that this is true because now a days we people dont event say that anymore. This sucks because now there are more people who are willing to do the bad. There is less people who are doing the good which we need to change that. For example if you go to a place where there is no trespassing then do not trespass because you will get the consequences. Another example would be if you pass the red light you have a higher chance of getting into a car crash. If you choose the right and wait until green then you will be safer. So it is risker to do the wrong because then things can happen to you.

Student success statement

I think that this is true because it is the best thing to do. For example now a days there are always fight about who won and who lost. We can use this now to stop this nosense acually find out what is really important. Another example would be in any game if you lose you shouldnt worry. Why because you did what is right, you played fair and honorably that is what matters. Most of the time in a game there will always be a competition. If there is then try to played right and not wrong. Winning or losing  doesnt really matter because it is just a game. After all games are supposed to be fun and fair.

Oncologist

Duties and Responsibility

 An oncologist is a doctor who specializes in treating people with cancer. The three main types of oncologists are medical, surgical, radiation oncologists. These different types of oncologists often work together to treat a person with cancer. A medical oncologist specializes in treating cancer with chemotherapy or other medications, such as targeted therapy and oral chemotherapy. A surgical oncologist specializes in the removal of the tumor and surrounding tissue during an operation.  A surgical oncologist also performs biopsies. A radiation oncologist specializes in treating cancer with radiation therapy.

Salary: $222,809-$351,598

Education: M.D, bachelor’s degree, MCAT test, 3 years of medical school and oncology fellowship.

Reflection: I would not like to be one because im not interested in the medical field. It sounds pretty difficult so I think I wouldn’t make it

 Reflection: I think that this is a true statement because these 3 things are the magic keys. Now a days there is rarely people who say no because they will always end up saying yes. For example if you go to a place where you cant trespass and your friends go but you know that's wrong. So they will try to convinced to say yes if even though you are prohibited from there. Many people today do not say the truth. Why well its because they know the consequence but they don't want to face it. This is the problem today because they are scared to get there penalty. Doing whats right is a good thing to do why because if you don't do it then you will get a penalty. For example if you know that there are trash cans to throw the trash then you will through the trash in the trash can. Why because it is the right thing to do and it helps my environment.

FBI Agent

Duties and Responsibilities

Salary: $43,705 up to $53,743

Education: at least 23 years of age, must be a U.S citizen,  4 year degree of college, 3 years of completed professional work experience, and a valid U.S driver’s license.

Reflection: I think that is job is for me because im good with fire arms and I know most of the restriction of being an FBI Agent. Also I have great intelligence for being in the FBI.

Shall be wise

I think that this is true because the people who choose the wise are the wise. The people who are not wise then they will not choose wisely. There are so many fools now a days because of the lack of discipline. The good thing is that there are still wise people and encouraging other people to be wise as well. This will help more people to be wise and not be fools. 

     Veterans Day

     What is Veterans Day?

A public holiday held on the anniversary of the end of World War I (November 11) to honor US veterans and victims of all wars. It replaced Armistice Day in 1954.

      What is the purpose of Veterans Day?

   This day is the anniversary of the signing of the armistice, which ended the World War I hostilities   between the Allied nations and Germany in 1918.Veterans are thanked for their services to the        United States on Veterans Day.

      Why is it important to show honor on Veterans Day?

  Veterans Day shows respect for those who were willing to give their lives to war world 1.

 When is Veterans Day?

    Veterans Day is on November 11^th.

     What are a few ways to show honor and respect on Veterans Day

       Donate to the USO, give thanks for fighting for our country, don’t forget to acknowledge the soldiers who served our country but didn’t fight in the war.
    
     Reflection: My feeling about veterans day is happy and sad. Why because happy for the people who made it out of the wars and battles. For the people who didn't make it which is the people who died in the war and battle then that's when i get sentimental.  This is why we celebrate for these people who made it and who didn't make it.

To do Good

I think that this is true because there are lots of sports of recreation and i think that everyone should do good. If you want to be the good one then you have to do good. Even if the sport is hard you should still try because you don't know if that is the sport you  are good at. There are many kinds of activities and sports but it all turns good if you do good. For example you are in a sport and you don't do good then the game wont go good. If you try and do good then you have a higher chance of that game going good. Another example would be if you sign up for a recreation park then they will most likely want you to recreation activities. If you dont do good then they wont see you as a good person.

  I think that this is true because in the world we live in there are lots of rights and lots of wrongs. The only hard is to do the right for some reason many people do not choose the right. Most people end up choosing the wrong. This gets complex because now a days most people are against the right. For example now that we ae in the 21 century there is more violence its its way harder to choose the right.

Healthcare Administrator

  Healthcare administrators have wide ranging influence within the world of medicine. The leadership that these professionals provide sets the future course not only for the facilities they manage but also for the health care system as a whole. Managing a health care facility today is the close equivalent to managing an entire city. It’s a dynamic environment of specialized groups that have both direct and indirect relationships with one another, and at times, completing interests. To lead such an organization requires careful budgeting, tough decision making, and above all else, the ability to maintain the respect and cooperation of  diverse interest groups that are sometimes adversely affected.

Education: a bachelor’s degree , master’s degree

Reflection: I think this job is not for me because medicine is not my interest. I would not like to do this job.

  In my opinion i think its true because money doesn't matter the most. What matters in this situation is a great name. Maybe a great name can bring you riches but its all on how people see you as. For example if you are a bad man then you will have a bad name on how people ill see you as. If you are a good man then people will see you as a good person. Let say that you are a generous man then most likely people will see you as a generous man. Another example would be if you like to help then many people would see you as a helpful person. It all depends on how you act with other people

. Then they will determine what kind of person you are. This is what i think about this statement.

I think that this is true because there are many names in this world that are famous or popular. For example an athletic names such as Stefen Cury is a very famous name because of what he does. He is the best basketball shooter in the world. Another example would be a soccer player named as Leonel Messi. He is known to be the best soccer player by all of his awards. In my opinion Coach K is totally right in this statement.

I think this is true because there are want to be friends and they will choose the wrong. For example they would want to steal and encourage you to steal with them. Another example would be they would not go to school and they would tell you not to go to school with them. Which is very common in today's life issues. In my opinion there is no importance if you stand alone for your self. The important thing is that you tell them what is right in order for them  to listen of what you have to say. For example a ctr person is a person is a person to follow.

I think she is right because a person who chooses the right will always be a great human. For example if some one sees you doing the right then you are a great person. Another example would be if you are doing some thing right like helping a person then you are a great person. In my opinion a ctr champion is pretty much a good everything. For example you don't lie or be dishonest. Be a good sport and always do the right thing. Helping when needed and and offering help. Lastly would not be doing the wrong and of coarse choosing the wrong. A ctr champion is a good thing to be but it takes time. This is my reflection of a ctr champion.

Education: Bachelor’s degree, medical school, and residency

Reflection: I would not like to be this because im not interested. Also because I do go with medical field so that’s why.

Choices

I think its true because at one point you are going to have success. For example if you don't succeed today then you will succeed tomorrow because you will eventually have success. In my opinion the habits that i have today wont go with the dreams tomorrow because every day is a different day. For example you had a really great day today but tomorrow there is nothing that is because every day is a fresh day. Another example wold be if you don't party today but you party tomorrow that's because it means you will have a better day later on. 

Obedience

I think that is true because in the world that we live in has many laws that we have to obey. When obedience comes there is no irritation because every thing goes right in its way. For example if you do the right thing, then the right will come to you. Another example is if you help, the help will come to you. In my opinion obedience is very important in today's life.

I think yes it is because when you choose the right you feel right. For example you go to the store and you order a 40 inch TV and they give you a 60 inch TV what would you do. The right thing to do is return it and ask for the one that you ordered. Also when you choose the right everything goes right. For example you choose not to steal and you wont go to jail. Or if you don't break the law you wont pay the consequences. In my opinion if you choose the right everything will come right that's how i see it.

Obedience 

''Obedience... is the primary object of all sound education.''

I think it is because in education we need to be obedient because there are rules to follow. For example schools, every school has rules no matter what. They are there to follow that's when obedience comes in place. I don't know if it is the primary object but i do know that it is involved in education.

Dermatologist

Duties and Responsibilities

A dermatologist is a doctor who specializing in treating the skin, hair, nails, and mucous membranes. They diagnose and treat more than 3,000 different diseases. These diseases include skin cancer, acne, psoriasis, and nail infections. Dermatologist also improve the appearance of their patients. They see patients of all ages from newborns to people older than 100 years of age. It also focuses on maintaining the health of your skin.

Salary: $283,000 with in arrange of $100,000 to $500,000

Education: bachelor’s degree 3 year residency

Reflection: I would not like to be one because I’m not into medicine and doctors and health. I’m just not interested. 

HPIAM

     In my opinion hpiam is a wonderful school; you have more privileges than other schools. The work is kind of challenging but it is mostly easy. We have a pool and we get in it sometimes. We go on some exiting field trips one in a while. Our principle is very chill, nice, and also one of the youngest principles I know. The school overall is a great and easy in some ways but its fine. There is cool clubs to join and cool sports to join as well. Also we have some wonderful teachers like Ms. Porter, Ms. Pinto and etc.

Obedience

 I think this is true because being obedient will bring you good things. Also because being obedient and having the manners will make everyone happy. Obedience can help prevent problems. It could help you have a good relationship with the people around you. I also think that in order to have happiness we need obedience. For example if there was no obedience in this world our world would be chaos. Another example would be if there was no obedience to the law there would be lots of crimes and terrifying events. This is why obedience is the central key to happiness.

Reflection: I think he is right because what really matters is your self not the skills that you have and the things that you can do. Also our personality is more important than our talents.

Dental Assistance

Duties and Responsibilities

A dental assistant works with patients to make them comfortable on the dental chair and to prepare them for treatments and procedures. Sterilize dental instruments; prepare the work area for patient treatment by setting out instruments and materials. Help dentists by handing them instruments during procedures. Keep patients mouths dry by using suction hoses and other equipment. Instruct patients in the proper dental hygiene, Process x-rays and complete lab tasks under the direction of a dentist. Keep records of dental treatments, schedule patient appointments.

Education: Diploma, associate’s degree

Reflection: I don’t want to be this because im not that gentle with the dental tools.

Athletic Trainer

Duties and Responsibilities:

 An athletic trainer is a certified health care professional who

practices in the field of sports and medicine. Athletic training

(AMA) as an allied health care profession since 1990. They

provide input as to the fitness and conditioning status of athletes.

They also provide patient and community services and programs.

Salary: $42,690 USD annual pay

Education: bachelor’s degree but many have graduate degree and some experiencing.

Reflection: I would not like not to be one because it looks hard

and scary. I’m not meant to do that kind of stuff.

Dentist

A person qualified to treat the disease and conditions that affect the teeth and gums, especially the repair and extraction of teeth and the insertion of artificial ones. The health of the mouth id essential to the general overall health mouth of the body and a dentist will encourage and assist their patients in maintaining a healthy mouth by regular check- up.

Education:Doctoral or professional degree

Reflection: I would not like to be one because it looks hard and  difficult. That’s why I don’t want to be one.

An emergency medical dispatcher is a professional tele-communicator, tasked with the gathering of information related to medical emergencies , the provision of assistance and instructions by voice, prior to the arrival of Emergency Medical Services, and the dispatching and support of EMS resourses responding to an emergency call. The term Emergency Medical Dispatcher is also a certification level and a professional designation , certified through the ( APCO).

Salary: $22,533-$51,701

Education: high school diploma, adopt training, certification

Reflection: I would not like to be one because im not that really social. I think I would mess up really bad.

Optician

Duties and responsibilities

An Optician is a technical practitioner who designs, fits and dispenses corrective lenses for the correction of a person’s vision.

Opticians determine the specifications of various ophthalmic Appliances that will give the necessary correction to a person’s eyesight. Some registered or licensed opticians also design and fit special appliances to correct cosmetic, traumatic or anatomical defects. These devices are called shells or artificial eyes.  Other registered or licensed opticians manufacture lenses to their own

specifications and design and manufacture spectacle frames and

other devices. Corrective ophthalmic appliances may be contact lenses, spectacle lenses, low vision aids or ophthalmic prosthetics to those who are partially sighted. The appliances are mounted either on the eye as contact lenses or mounted in a frame or holder in front of the eye as spectacles or as a monocle. 

Salary: $101,244-$335,876

Education: Bachelors degree, 4 year (M.D.) program and a

3 year ophthalmology residency in a hospital.

Reflection: I would not like to be one because it looks very complicated and it involves the human eyes. This job would

not be great for me.

I think this is a great statement because this staement is very true and happens in our world today. For example helping the people in need will make you feel good, doing the right thing, being generous, and being a good person.

Ophthalmologist

Duties and Responsibilities:

Ophthalmologists are physicians who specialize in the treatment of eye disorders and diseases. They treat vision problems and

write prescriptions for both pharmaceuticals and corrective eye glass lenses. When necessary, they perform eye surgery. Most ophthalmologists are in private practice, however some are

employed by hospitals or clinics, and others perform research. 

Average Salary: $90,000_$150,000

Educational Requirements: Only physicians may study to become ophthalmologist. After completing medical school and an internship, an ophthalmologist must then complete a three to five year residency in approved ophthalmologist program. After completing their residency program they must pass an

examination to be certified.

Reflection: I would not be one because I’m not that great at

biology and it seems very hard. This would not be a good job

for me. I don’t like dealing with the human eyes because it is so delectated.
